Recovery Coaching for Professionals in Vancouver

Private support for drinking or drug use — without programs, labels, or public disclosure.

If something about your drinking or drug use is no longer sitting right, but you are not looking for a formal program, this may be a good place to start.

Most people I work with are not unaware. They see the pattern. They feel the consequences building. They may have already tried to manage it quietly on their own.

The hesitation is usually not about honesty. It is about what honesty might require: disruption, exposure, a label you do not want attached to your life, or a system you are not ready to enter.

You do not need to have this figured out before you reach out.

If privacy is part of what you are weighing, you can read more about confidentiality here →

What this is — and what it is not

This is not rehab, a group, or a program you are expected to adopt.

It is private, one-to-one recovery coaching for people who want to look clearly at what is happening with their drinking or drug use — and decide, deliberately, what needs to happen next.

No drama. No public declaration. No pressure to explain everything perfectly.

Just a private conversation, practical support, and a steady point of contact as you begin to make changes.

Who this is for

This work tends to fit people who are still functioning in their lives, value discretion, and do not want their identity reduced to a diagnosis.

If you are looking for a large program or a community-based approach, there are good options for that.

If you are looking for private, focused, one-to-one support, this may be a better fit.

What happens next

We start with a confidential conversation.

There is no intake process, no waiting room, and no obligation to commit to a long plan. We talk about what is happening, what you are hoping to change, and what kind of support would actually be useful.

From there, we take the next practical step.
