Recovery doesn’t happen all at once — and it rarely happens alone.

Having someone beside you can bring steadiness, perspective, and relief when things feel uncertain. Recovery coaching isn’t about fixing you or telling you what to do. It’s about walking with you as you regain clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction — at your own pace.

Who I Help

Recovery looks different for everyone. But most people who reach out to me share something in common: they’re doing their best in work, family, and life, while quietly feeling pulled off center by their relationship with substances.

Some come to me in a moment of crisis. Others are still functioning well on the outside but feel increasingly overwhelmed, stuck, or uneasy about where things might be heading. Many have already tried to make changes on their own and are tired of navigating it privately.

I work with individuals, families, and professionals who want a steady, real person beside them as they sort out what’s happening — someone who isn’t judging, diagnosing, or directing their life, but helping them notice patterns, clarify what matters, and decide what change might actually look like.

If you’re looking for clarity, steadiness, and a private place to be honest about what’s really going on, this work may be a good fit. You may not need a program — just the right person to talk with.

A short, confidential conversation can help clarify what’s happening and whether this approach aligns with the level of support you’re looking for.
