Service Description
Intensive Support is arranged through conversation rather than direct booking. This option is intended for people who need a higher level of continuity, availability, or hands-on support over a defined period of time. We talk together first to understand what’s needed and whether this level of support is the right fit. If it is, we agree on structure, availability, and next steps before anything is scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. For free consultations, same-day changes are completely fine — life happens. For ongoing coaching sessions or plans, please give 24 hours’ notice whenever you can. This helps protect the time we’ve set aside to work together.
